Dr. Martin Zadnik, MD, FACS is a hair transplantation surgeon who is certified by the American Board of Surgery. He completed his internship and residency training in General Surgery at the University of Toledo Medical Center and associated hospitals in Toledo, OH. Dr. Zadnik’s distinguished career began with a robust foundation in general surgery. Upon completing surgical training Dr. Zadnik served in the rank of Major in the Medical Corps of the USAF at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. After an honorable discharge he practiced surgery for 18 years before transitioning to specialize in hair restoration for the last decade. He practiced surgery at Mercy Hospital, Minneapolis where he performed a wide range of procedures and was a member of the core trauma program. He led his clinic as the Lead Physician for five years. Dr. Zadnik’s approach is marked by a commitment to excellence and patient-centered care. His background in general surgery equips him with a deep understanding of surgical techniques and patient needs, which he applies to ensure optimal outcomes in hair restoration. His leadership and continued education in hair restoration techniques through conferences and professional societies, such as the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), underscore his dedication to staying at the forefront of the field. Dr. Zadnik is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a member of the American Medical Association (AMA). He is licensed to practice medicine and surgery in multiple states including Minnesota, Texas, Illinois, California, Georgia, Arizona, Colorado, New York, Ohio and Washington.
