Cindy has 20+ years in the professional medical industry and has specialized in hair restoration since 2008. Her expertise is in the precise placement of hair follicles to achieve the most cosmetically pleasing and natural outcome for her patients. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Claudia oversees the safe handling, microscopic inspection, and integrity of the hair grafts during hair transplant procedures, ensuing that patients have the most robust result possible. She hails from Chicago and has more then 20 years experience as a medial assistant for hair transplant procedures, beginning her training at Bosley Medical Group.
Crosby is a highly experienced Surgical and Hair Transplant Technician with nearly two decades in the field, including roles at top practices like Bosley, Maxim Hair Restoration, and Unger Medical Hair. He specializes in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), follicular unit extraction, graft dissection, and operating room preparation, with a strong track record in patient care and team leadership.
Hanna is a certified medical assistant who came to HRI after eight years of experience at Fairview Health Services, where she provided comprehensive patient care including administering injections, performing EKGs, and assisting with diagnostic testing. Fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian, she brings exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team. Hanna holds an Associate in Applied Science from Dakota County Technical College and is known for her compassionate care and adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings.
Laura oversees the staff of HRI as its General Manager. Laura has more than 15 years of experience at HRI, supervising everything from staff scheduling to the ordering or hair systems. Laura helps clients select the correct hair restoration programs to meet their lifestyles.
Elizabeth is a licensed cosmetologist with professional experience in waxing, hairstyling, and personalized client care at top salons. A graduate of Aveda Arts and Science Institute, Liz is known for her attention to detail, product knowledge, and ability to work with a wide range of hair types, creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client.
Maria has more than three decades of experience in the field of Hair Restoration. A nationally-recognized FUE extractor and one of the most experienced hair transplant technicians in the United States, Maria specializes in FUE and facial procedures. She speaks fluent Spanish and takes pride in assisting Spanish-speaking clients.
Merve is one of the most experienced and talented FUE specialists in the world, having completed thousands of procedures over her career. She specializes in the extraction of hair grafts on large procedures, allowing patients to achieve the maximum result possible in a single sitting.
Michael manages the front desk at HRI, enthusiastically greeting patients, offering them complimentary coffee and soda, and ensuring that they have a great experience while in our care. Mike ensures the smooth daily operation of the clinic schedule and oversees the retail and e-commerce departments. Before transitioning to a career in administration, Michael served in the building trades.
MJ is an experienced hair transplant technician who was trained by some of the leading clinics in Texas. She is also a skilled SMP practitioner with more than a decade of experience with the procedure, helping patients overcoming the skin-tone/hair color contrast that can increase the appearance of baldness. She prides herself on her attention to detail in placing the individual follicles or micro pigments to give patients the best result possible. She if fluent in English and Spanish.
Nate serves as the bridge between patients and their care providers. Every day he meets with patients to discuss their hair loss and discuss treatment solutions that will help them achieve their unique goals. He is passionate about his work because of the huge impact hair restoration has in the lives of his patients. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and holds degrees from Harvard University and Dartmouth College.
Nicole serves as the Chief of Staff of the medical department, ensuring that patients are medically cleared and prepared for their procedures, and comfortable throughout. She furthered her nursing career at St. Catherine University and serves as HRI's lead Phlebotomist. As a licensed Cosmetologist, she also performs preoperative hair cuts. Nicole has over 10 years of experience, 7 of which at HRI.
Nusrat has 16 years of experience as an FUE Extractor, delivering exceptional quality results. Originally from Pakistan, Nusrat has worked in the most prominent hair restoration clinics on both sides of the Earth.
Ray has more than 10 years as a Surgical Assistant for Hair Transplants having completed his training at Bosley and worked with the finest surgical centers in the country. Ray is an expert at FUE extraction with a specialty in African-American and curly hair. He enjoys putting patients at ease while giving them exceptional results.
Renee is a master stylist and colorist with more than 20 years of experience in helping clients achieve their ideal image. She previously served as Executive Director of Empire's School of Cosmetology in Bloomington Minnesota. She is a graduate of Aveda Institute and Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Roxanne has been in the medical field since 2004. She assists in all aspects of a medical hair transplant from patient intake, to slivering and trimming grafts, to FUE extractions, site-making and placements. She holds an Associates from Goodwin College.
Safron has 8+ years of experience as a Hair Transplant Technician. She has experience in FUT, FUE, Neograft, Smartgraft, facial hair, and ARTAS robot hair restoration. She enjoys being part of such a life changing process for so many people.
Sharon is a bilingual (Spanish/English) medical assistant with over a decade of experience delivering exceptional patient care in both clinical and customer-facing roles. She has worked across orthopedic surgery, breast health, and COVID testing environments, demonstrating strong skills in patient support, procedural assistance, and administrative coordination. Sharon brings warmth, professionalism, and a passion for creating a positive healthcare experience to every team she joins.
Susan has more than two decades of experience in all aspects of cosmetology. She enjoys working with her clients to develop hairstyles that boost their self-esteem and is constantly studying the latest trends in beauty products and services to advise her clients.
Tatyana has 20+ years of experience in hair restoration. Beginning her career with MHR and Bosley, she has trained under the most experienced physicians in the hair restoration community. Originally from Ukraine, she is passionate about helping Minnesotans enjoy their hair.
